We work carefully to ensure we send very sound handsets to our customers. In the event a customer is not satisfied with a product delivered to him/her, we encourage the customer to call us to obtain return authorization and finally send the item back to us via a tracked delivery system. Please note that return cost is paid by the customer.

Deliveries within Lagos happen within 24 hours of order confirmation. Delivery to other parts of Nigeria take 2 to 4 days to get to our customer

Yes. All our handsets are sold with a standard ONE MONTH guaranty. We test our devices properly to ensure that only standard products are delivered to our customers. When handsets are returned to us, we provide replacement for the item after device assessment.
